“Staff was amazing, shout-out to Minerva the rooftop bartender, Concierge Barbie for all her help she was the best and to Anthony who just started at the hotel. Hotel room was cleaned, the food was outstanding as well. Recommend 5 stars. ”

“Pros: Overall good. Cons: Room 107(?), the first room on the right side of the hallway, up 6 steps (no elevator to this level) from the lobby level. It had a vent in the ceiling that was big enough for the whole hallway and lobby (4’x3’?), and it made noise at night. There was a portable ac unit in the room too. No one told to use it instead of the regular wall thermostat until I brought this to their attention at checkout. We stayed in another room across the plaza. Same thing, carry luggage up……

“電話服務人員不夠專業，在我詢問接駁車服務的時候無法提供正確資訊，還告知沒有我的訂房紀錄。飯店雖然有寄送電子郵件告知接駁車資訊，但卻是過期資訊。”
