“We gambled on NB to view an April eclipse and were not disappointed. Elizabeth and Mike were terrific hosts - they greeted us when we arrived and were responsive when we had questions. The location on the Miramichi river is stunning, even through an April blizzard, and walking the river edge at low tide was a treat. The entryway to the upper suite is small and could use some coat hooks and boot rack but a few small usability issues did not deter from a great week. We would definitely return (but……

“Das Motel liegt am Stadtrand und ist trotz der Lage direkt an einer Strasse ziemlich ruhig. Das Zimmer war grosszügig und mit einem grossen bequemen Bett ausgestattet. Auch sonst war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht (Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, TV, WLAN). Das Badezimmer war nicht das allergrösste, jedoch völlig ausreichend. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war relativ einfach, aber bei diesem Übernachtungspreis absolut OK. Im Zimmer war praktisch dauernd ein……

“Something as simple as changing out your harsh light bulbs for a lower colour temperature (3000-3800k max) would go a long way in making the room feel more comfortable. Basic accommodations but satisfactory. The restaurant is good. I wasn't fortunate enough to have a view of the river but I'm sure it's nice for those who do.”

“Petit chalet très propre avec un accès direct à la plage, très chaleureux, seul point négatif est l'escabeau pour monter à l'étage avait une patte cassée et la mézzanine a 4' donc pour enfant seulement. La famille a adoré!!!!”

“The property is beautiful, the furnishings unique and the bed was comfortable, and we looked forward to enjoying a stately home environment. Unfortunately the Inn was under renovations and we couldn’t stay for the full period of our reservation due to the dust. Would recommend it for a special stay but only once renos are completed. Very friendly staff.”
