“Location and house were great. Dishes in kitchen were not really clean. I asked the owner how to use the ladder on the dock and was told that they didn’t know how to use it. Not a big deal, but it was hard for my kids to get out of the water and onto to the dock.”

“Two biggest complaints: there was no WiFi and the air conditioning vent in the downstairs bathroom leaked so bad we had to use all the towels and eventually a large pot to keep the floor dry. Communication via guest contact was useless. I emailed the first time at 6pm on Thursday, and it’s Sunday and I’ve still not gotten a response. “We enjoyed our short stay in this newly renovated condo! We were there for a golf tournament, and the location was convenient to the course and restaurants. It was well-appointed with everything we needed from morning coffee to chairs on the patio to watch the sunset over the lake. Both bedrooms had comfortable queen sized beds. One thing to be aware of is that it is accessed through the patio and there are 10-15 outdoor steps to get there. It is well-lit and was not a big deal since we didn’t……

The only complaint I have is that the beds on the main level are not comfortable at all! They squeaked when moving and it felt like we were sleeping on top of a cardboard box with sheets.
