It was in a perfect location to view the ski hills, Quincy Mine in the distance, the Portage Lake Bridge, the “Ranger” boat to Isle Royale, and within walking distance from downtown businesses. You can’t do better than that!”

“Comfortable beds, but very loud all night in parking lot with snowmobiles. Breakfast was waffles or microwave sandwiches as warm options. Juice machine broke so only coffee and an empty milk machine as alternative.”

“We came to hike so was great location-relatively short drives to copper harbor, eagle harbor, McLain State park, falls etc.. calumet area has options for dining, groceries etc so you don’t have to drive to Houghton, unless desired. Apartment was clean, relaxing and nicely decorated. Would stay again!!”
