“Miguel was very attentive, even bringing pastries and extra coffee the first morning! “Rooms were clean but small and was tight for a family of 6. Bathroom had a horrible smell which was off putting. Sofa bed wasn’t made when we arrived at 4.15pm. Instead the lady told us she’ll come in a shortly and do it but continued to sit out in the courtyard on a video call to someone for a further 30mins before coming in. Courtyard had a metal piece protruding from the floor which the gates shut against - dangerous at night as there’s no lighting or measures in place to highlight……
