this is a great property. It's located within 5 minutes of Montrose,CO but in such a quiet semi-secluded setting. We easily drove to both rims of Gunnison NP and the Colorado National Monument.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook in after a day in the park.We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The house is in a great spot that is a quick drive to everything in Montrose, while also feeling secluded and private - so much so, that the driveway is easy to miss (it's the first one on the right after the speed limit sign, btw). The listing photos are accurate, the home and the property are well-maintained, and the house is very clean and tidy. Kitchen is well-stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

it was fine ,didn't realize that I would be so close to town, my fault. Tamara was helpful when we were able to get her. LOCKED OUT FOR THE FIRST NIGHT, because of a miss function with the lock box, had to stay in town at a hotel. House was nice and clean, property was small.

I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this by far takes the cake, Tamara has everything down to a science and anything that you could possibly need in this home, the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Excellent service and location.

The location of this property was perfect, close to town while having great privacy. The space was clean, well furnished and great for family vacations. The hosts were also very responsive and great at communicating. Overall would highly recommend.

Great Location and Peaceful

We loved the space and privacy of this rental, and the close proximity to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. It is in a good location and it was very clean and comfortable, great views of the mountains out the living room window.

Location was a surprise.There were bunnies and mule deer that greeted us every morning and evening. Awesome! Easy to get to town with restuarants and stores.The house was clean and decorated cute. Pictures are accurate. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Check in was very easy. We hope to stay again in the future.

The location is great, beautiful views of the San Juan mountains and to the east the area rising up to the Black Canyon. Its very close to town, but doesnt feel that way. Saw lots of rabbits and deer. We had a great time!!

We had a GREAT time. The house is very comfortable. Drinking coffee or whatever on the porch and watching rabbits, birds, deer, and sunsets was relaxing. Lots of room under the carport for the motorcycle. Proximity to great motorcycle riding is wonderful. Would definitely do it again.

Great home base for exploring the Western Slope

The house was clean and supplied with most anything you could need. The indoor and outdoor spaces are comfortable and clean. Communication with the host was easy and she quickly responded when we had questions.

Nice Stay

Overall it was a nice stay for the price. It was extremely clean and very quiet area. I would bring your own pillows if you can. The ones they provide were kind of flat. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.
