“Great home base for cycling the Simcoe Liop. Well maintained and very clean motel. Beautiful views and cozy campfire pit. We stayed in a junior suite, and the only improvement I could suggest would be a solid door on the washroom for a bit of added privacy:) but did not detract from our stay. ”

“We were coming in from a distance so we arrived early for check in. The room was ready so they allowed us in! The room was very clean, exactly the room I booked and paid for, great amenities including the pool and hot tub in the club house. The property does a fantastic job of clearing snow off sidewalks and making sure parking is accessible. Second visit to this complex and we'll be back again.”

“The staff members are super friendly and proactively call you after you arrive at your room to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. The $5 shuttle to the casino is perfect for event nights and comes every 15 minutes (don't try to walk in the winter, there's no sidewalk near the hotel and the snowbanks put you basically on the road). The breakfast was tasty and had a lot of decent options (the make-your-own waffles were the highlight). The rooms are clean, very comfy bed, shower had great……

“Room was fine winter so no one booked great place to be before you go to the surrounding ski resort areas. Just make sure you have a car or method of transportation. Also not many options for food places but there was a really nice diner nearby great place for breakfast before going.”

“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”

“Staff upgraded me to a suite after a long 12 hour shift. Room was huge, clean, bed was comfortable and no complaints. Breakfast was ok, but I mean it’s hotel breakfast. Other than that it was great and I would definitely stay here again as it’s close to the hospital and a good price! ”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”
