“Een superleuke ervaring en leuke rustige accommodatie. Jammer dat het bubbelbad het niet deed bij het centrale zwembad. Wel absoluut een leuke omgeving met een klein eettentje: Loobies. Zeer de moeite waard. Ook de lokale supermarkt alleen al is een genot om te winkelen. De pharmacy kun je niet overslaan, hier hebben ze alles wat je nodig hebt aan verzorgingsproducten. En de mensen zijn allemaal supervriendelijk. Kortom een ware reclame voor dit land!”

“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”

“This property have not given back my deposit for the night I stated. When I checked out I wasn't asked for my debit card to get my deposit back. She just told me to make sure I came to the desk to check out. The first room I got the tv didn't work and she basically was calling me a liar. She did change my room but only after she argued with me that no body else complained about the tv and she said she was in that room watching it. Worst frigging experience ever man”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“A surprisingly good hotel. Very clean. Quiet. Pleasant. A nice breakfast. Very conveniently located across the road from the casino. The tv was easy to operate with a large selection of channels. A very pleasant stay.”

“I am very disappointed with my stay. I booked this hotel based on the photos and description on Expedia, but the room I received is significantly different from what was advertised. The room appears much older and does not reflect the quality shown in the listing. I immediately spoke with the concierge, but I was told the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. After driving a long distance, I had no practical choice but to stay infact my problem is only with the room the……

“The front desk staff were very welcoming when I checked in. However, the air conditioner in the room was like an airplane engine, making it impossible for me to sleep all night. Breakfast seating was extremely limited, with only 42 seats. For a hotel with so many beds, this was far too few. We had to take our food and wait for guests to leave before cleaning the table ourselves. The food selection was also very limited, consisting only of eggs, breakfast sausages, toast, waffles, yogurt, milk,……

“The room needed to be cleaned better. Dirt on the rug, bath tub could be cleaned better. Toilet needed more cleaning.”

“The hotel in general, including the side entrance, the stairwell area, and our room were extremely dirty with evidence that the cleaners either didn’t clean the room. The floor in the entrance of our room was sticky and stained, the bathroom floor was dirty with human hair around the toilet area, plus the toilet was filthy. The main part of our room had an empty water bottle on the floor, the one bed, when I pulled the covers back was not changed as you could see that it was laid on before us.……

“The room was clean, and there was AC, but everything else was fallen apart. The door jams were missing the striker plate to latch the doors, the tub had a crack in it in which I pinched my toe, the faucet came off the sink. The toilet could be lifted off the ground, and the top sheet on the bed smell like somebody else’s cologne.”
