“Accueil parfait... peut rebuter certaines personnes car c'est une résidence de personnes ågées alors que les photos ne le montrent pas mais c était parfait pour une nuit d autant que le tram n était qu à 10 minutes à pied, idéal pour aller à notre spectacle ”

“ We had a disappointing stay in this otherwise beautifully remodeled apartment. The apartment itself was lovely, and we appreciated the remodeling. However, the heat was unbearable, and the lack of air conditioning made it almost uninhabitable. Additionally, the stairs leading up to the third floor are extremely steep, making it a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. These significant drawbacks outweighed the apartment's positive aspects, and we would not stay here again.”

“Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Mitten in der Altstadt. Von dort erreicht man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von Minuten. In der Wohnung selbst findet Mal alles, was man braucht. Okay, eine richtige Tasse, anstatt Gläser, habe ich etwas vermisst. Aber dafür steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, was ich eher selten in einer Ferienwohnung vorfinde. Zudem noch ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Die Wohnung war sauber. Auf dem zweiten Blick offenbarten sich aber ein paar Schwachstellen. Türrahmen……

“Have noise pollution as it is near the railway . Truck collecting rubbish started working around 5 am which woke me up. This residence is not suitable to live in summer as it does have air conditioner,it only has fan. You can’t close the window to stop all sorts of noise as you need to have fresh air. Breakfast is simple with limited fruits and without any egg and ham.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotlessly clean. The pool is amazing - clean and empty each time we visited. The walk to the tram is just 10 minutes. There is an excellent organic supermarket right next door. The only slight downsides.... Reception is only open from 15.00-20.00. We did wonder what would have happened if we had an issue outside these hours. There is a daily parking fee - not sure why this is as the car park was relatively empty and it is not city-centre located. You……

“Not really a good choice for a couple which is in the their honeymoon. The location is not very good (no nice resturant nearby), the room is fine but not correspond to the price we paid, air condition is noisy. But if it is a group of friends travlling, it is good choice. And the tram is just outside the main entrace of the hotel.”

“Our check-in was not smooth...we arrived at 1pm after a very long flight then a train from Zurich to Strasburg, so up almost 24 hours. We went to the front desk and was brusquely told by the woman we could not check-in until 3pm. We asked if there was perhaps just 1 room ready (we had 2 rooms reserved), again rudely told only at 3pm. Then we had to ask if we could at least store our luggage. Not once did she suggest anything...we roamed the hotel on our own & eventually had lunch at the……
