"We had a lovely stay in Brig. The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the historic sights on foot, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards our little dog, which we really appreciated. We had a rooftop room with a balcony, which was a real highlight and gave us wonderful views over Brig and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection, and overall the hotel was a great choice...

The room had a slight smell to it ( we think perhaps from the bathroom drains) but was not so bad that we felt the need to say anything while staying as we were only there for a night. A few cobwebs in the room too but otherwise very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable too."
