“Staff was very helpful. The one dinner I had there was quite good for being free. Be aware that unless you’re driving to and from the hostel every day it’s quite a hike up the hill from the road. In the winter it’s slick. The room was adequate but my biggest complaint is the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to keep water from flowing onto the bathroom floor which was a bit annoying Overall though a decent cheap place to stay. ”

“I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money. It’s comfortable, clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal. In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center.
