We stayed here for one night. This hotel is in Tasch town and right in front of train station. You need train from Tasch to Zermott to go see Matterhorn. This hotel location being in front of train station/parking lot is very convenient to go to Zermott town. The hotel also offers parking for CHF10 for guests less than the public parking which is for CHF 17. Room was clean and spacious with private patio/balcony. Breakfast so also good. Highly recommended.

We were upgraded to the Hotel Porta Cervino just down the street. It was perfect in every way. The staff were helpful. The room were immaculate. Our room had a small patio that overlooked the mountains (and a small parking lot). It was warm but the cool breeze from the patio door left open cooled off our room nicely. The beds were very comfortable and the small fridge, coffee/tea were welcome additions. The pizza at the restaurant was downstairs was excellent. We loved our one night stay!

The hotel was very cozy, quite and the surrounding was super picturesque and beautiful. The cleaning was very good. It's very much easily accessible to train station and grocery store. The staff is very cooperative. Overall superb experience.

My stay did not include breakfast, and we chose not to get one at the hotel. The property is within steps of Coop and Migros, and just across the Tasch Terminal. Our room had access to an expansive deck overlooking a hill. On check in day we were told the room was not ready at 1500, but that it would be in "ten minutes." Nobody circled back on us on the tenth minute; we had to call personnel to check on the room since it's been more than ten minutes and we have not heard from anybody. Personnel seemed yMaybe personnel just need to be educated again on being attentive to guests. Other than that, other personnel were helpful and attentive. They even provided us with a portable heater when I asked how to operate the heater in the room. I will definitely come back

Hotel is located right next to the train station. Very convenient for visiting Zermatt/Matterhorn. Hotel has an excellent restaurant attached and provided 2 free drink vouchers at check in. The free spa downstairs was very nice and the tap water excellent. Would 1000% stay here again.

Our room was adequate, however the bathroom sink was blocked and wouldn’t drain, with dirt and hair coming up from the pipe. We had to ask the staff to sort it twice before it was actioned. The bins weren’t emptied for the three days that we stayed there. On the plus side we ate in the restaurant and the food was plentiful and tasted great. The hotel is in a great location situated right opposite the railway station with regular trains into Zirmatt.
