The hotel was very cozy, quite and the surrounding was super picturesque and beautiful. The cleaning was very good. It's very much easily accessible to train station and grocery store. The staff is very cooperative. Overall superb experience.

My stay did not include breakfast, and we chose not to get one at the hotel. The property is within steps of Coop and Migros, and just across the Tasch Terminal. Our room had access to an expansive deck overlooking a hill. On check in day we were told the room was not ready at 1500, but that it would be in "ten minutes." Nobody circled back on us on the tenth minute; we had to call personnel to check on the room since it's been more than ten minutes and we have not heard from anybody. Personnel seemed yMaybe personnel just need to be educated again on being attentive to guests. Other than that, other personnel were helpful and attentive. They even provided us with a portable heater when I asked how to operate the heater in the room. I will definitely come back

Our room was adequate, however the bathroom sink was blocked and wouldn’t drain, with dirt and hair coming up from the pipe. We had to ask the staff to sort it twice before it was actioned. The bins weren’t emptied for the three days that we stayed there. On the plus side we ate in the restaurant and the food was plentiful and tasted great. The hotel is in a great location situated right opposite the railway station with regular trains into Zirmatt.

Hotel is located right next to the train station. Very convenient for visiting Zermatt/Matterhorn. Hotel has an excellent restaurant attached and provided 2 free drink vouchers at check in. The free spa downstairs was very nice and the tap water excellent. Would 1000% stay here again.

We were upgraded to the sister hotel down the street, which was new and had a great parking garage. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only issue, is these hotels were both on a main road. Not, overlooking a lake as portrayed. They were convienent to the train station to Zermatt. But, definitely more in a city than countryside. We also wished there were windows we could open. We had to keep our deck door open at night, which was a bummer because people kept smoking outside.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are specious. My room was extremely hot and you don’t have a way of changing the temperature of the heat since it’s set that way for the entire hotel. I was able to open a window which helped with that. I didn’t like that there’s a fee to park your car.

The room was cleaned every day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is well-equipped with weights and cardio machines—enough for a full upper-body workout. There is also a spa with two saunas. The hotel's location is excellent: just a one-minute walk from the train station and three supermarkets. Breakfast was great; it was a standard English breakfast but with plenty of variety, including salads, cheeses, meats, local bread, cereal, sweet treats, and hot drinks.
