“This property and owner was terrible. The host never communicated the code / how to get into the apartment to us and we were unable to access the accommodation. The host hung up the phone when I contacted him to ask for the way in, and we were left to buy a last minute hotel and spend even more money on a playoff game day. Additionally, the property was farther from the arena than listed on Expedia. Overall a horrible experience, and would not trust this listing.”

“A great location, well stocked suite and very comfortable beds and furniture. The check in information code was missing from the initial check in email, and the owners were delayed in answering our calls. If you are renting, be sure to have the key code provided in your check in email the day you check in. It is not the door code, it is a separate confirmation code to give to the key pick up location.”
