“This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location and transportation are very convenient, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, this stay came with an unpleasant experience. After midnight, a group of guests suddenly arrived and made a lot of noise in the hallway, which woke me up. It took about half an hour for things to quiet down, and I couldn’t fall back asleep until around 2 a.m.

“The room seemed new - no wear and tear and spotlessly clean. My one complaint lies not with the management but the builder. My floor had a pronounced hump which put stress on the laminate flooring that squeaked every time I moved on it. Not a big deal for me but I felt bad for the occupants below. I did my best to be quiet at my 0500 rise and exit but... there were still some squeaks.
The location was quite convenient for both getting down to Whyte Ave and for leaving the city.”

“Room was ok, although the door sometimes wouldn’t open due to the frame being out of whack. The ice machine on our floor was in about 10 pieces on the floor in a pile.
It said it had a pool but it has been closed so no swim for the kids.
The caulking around the tub was black and needs to be replaced.
Lots of parking, decent breakfast.
