“The entire place has gone downhill since we last stayed here. It isn't being maintained or cleaned as well as I remember. The edges of our tub were gross with hard water stains, the carpet had a stain, there was a part of the trim that was broken. Breakfast was your typical motel breakfast, nothing special. The pillows on the beds were awful but the beds were comfortable. Some of the towels had stains on them. I don't know if we will stay here again unless there are some improvements.”

“No”

“Clean, polite, clean, polite, clean.... polite :)”

“I was in town for the Grazing Hills Fiber Festival to sell my beautiful alpaca fiber and needed somewhere cool and quiet to spend the weekeend nights. It was a cute studio, with everything I needed! The AC unit blocked out the upstairs footsteps, which helped. Parking was great! And nice to be able to walk to food! Will consider staying here next summer. Thank you!”

“It was great!”

“Great place to stay. Comfortable bed and very clean. You do have to navigate stairs up to this place however, it wasn't an issue for me. Easy parking and close to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood location.”

“I had a wonderful stay! It was clean, and comfortable, and close to everything, making it easy to walk almost everywhere. The host was responsive, and very helpful throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!”

“One of the best rentals I’ve been in! Effective communication about the property and quick responses to any questions. It was a perfect place for my family and had complimentary water and snacks which was totally unexpected and appreciated. Lots of places to eat within walking distance, and the property includes anything we may have needed (toiletries, extra towels, linens, etc.).”

“The unit was so clean and tidy it was a pleasure to stay there. The hosts left many options for entertainment and a guide book if you wanted to check out town. The location was extremely quiet which was nice. The yard looked like a nice place to hang out, but we just happened to show up on the hottest day of the summer. We would definitely stay here again.”

“What an amazing location and unit! The Asbury exceeded our expectations in pretty much every way. Nicely remodeled, comfortable furniture, well stocked, clean and much larger than the photos indicate. Super walkable to downtown Moscow. Kristina is a great host and super communicative. If we ever find ourselves in town again we know where we will be staying.”

“Consider putting wooden dowels on window sills for the windows that do not lock. Very clean, good location”

“Really cute spot, great location. Everything is comfortable and clean.”

“Great place to stay!”
