Good value for money, very clean, convenient in-town location. Concrete walkways around the pool area needed repainting and had many cracks. Could do with a little refreshing. Hot tub was residential-type, seats 6, but very clean and in an enclosed space with benches for cooling off/ drying off. Basic hot breakfast included with stay: eggs, sausage, a few forms of bread and cold cereals, yogurts and one or two juices. Available at 5 a.m.! Coffee: just alright, but available at blink a.m. They skipped housekeeping our room which really annoyed me because we had used all but one towel. We left for the day at 9:30 a.m. but evidently that was late departure for the housekeeping team. Overall I'd call the place not bad at all, which is a compliment.

Great place to stay. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast was really good and big with lots of variety. The parking was a little difficult but due to construction and the hotel being full because of parent weekend it made sense. The hotel did not mind that we had to park on the grass so it was no big deal. This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel very consistent quality.

This little studio was perfect for my short work trip. It was clean and had all the essentials. The bed was very comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep. Communication was clear, parking was easy, and location was great.
