The Space:
Welcome to Compass Cove located less than a couple miles from the Boardwalk in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC! This unit is located in an oceanfront resort, so not only will you enjoy the unobstructed oceanview from your balcony but it will only take a few minutes to get down to the beach. The resort has tons of amenities for you and the entire crew to enjoy!
Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.
Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.
Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.
Living Area: Plenty of seating. Murphy pull out bed. Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom: 2 queen beds. TV.
Bathroom: Full bathtub and shower.
Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanview. Spacious!
Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private in unit machines are available.
Water Amenities: HOA owned and operated. All of the water amenities, with the exception of 2 outdoor pools are heated (there are outdoor pools that are heated). Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING. All the pools except the indoor section with the water slides ARE available. Commercially owned features include front desk services, the water slides, the Tiki Bar, Joe's Coffee Bar, Compass Rose Restaurant, Crow's Nest, laundry room, Arcade, gift shop, business center, and fitness room - these are not available for your use with this condo.
The Neighborhood:
The unit is located in Compass Cove - situated in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, SC. Nearby you will find all the attractions, shopping, and restaurants that our area has to offer!
Getting Around:
2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Routine pest control happens monthly at this condo via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.
