Come stay at this New York Style studio apartment located in the heart of downtown Ashland City in the historic Merchantile Building, recently renovated and ready for guests, fully furnished and w/in walking distance of shopping, parks and restaurants and only 30 min from downtown Nashville. Feeling of a downtown atmosphere without all the Nashville traffic. Suitable for a weekend getaway or a monthly rental. Corporate discounts available. Check in begins at 3pm and check out is 11am

Adorable spot above a coffee shop in a quaint little Tennessee town. This apt. has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay whether for a weekend or a week. The bed is sooo comfortable!! The host is very accessible & accommodating to your every need. We can't wait to return. Thank you so much!!🌹

Quaint and Clean
The quick stay was very nice and comfortable. The wooden floors squeak a lot, but it is supposed to, it adds to the experience. Very clean and the curvy drive in was nice. We would stay there again.

Cute and quiet
Adorable little studio. I think it's time for a new mattress though, we actually left a day early because my husband couldn't handle sleeping on it again. The door lock thru the phone app did not want to work on the outside door it kept giving a jammed error. I was always worried we would come in late and not be able to get in. While they seem convenient if they don't work with someone's phone could be a real issue.
