“Everything exceeded my expectations! Great stay!”

“It was nice and clean, the staffs were accommodating.”

“They have done their very best in this small neighborhood ”

“Lots to like at this motel. Rooms were very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable. Not only served a variety of breakfast items but also offered free eats during the evening hours. WiFi was easy to use. Didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting. In door and outdoor. You can't go wrong staying here.”

“When you just need a clean bed, shower, and AC, this is it! The only thing we really missed was coffee… and there’s a gas station down the road. Friendly helpful owner. We even chatted with others staying here. It’s a very “down home” place to stay.”

“Great Hotel!”

“Host(Jill)was very nice. Room was very clean but very small. No a/c control in the room. Don’t know if there was a a/c problem it was very warm in the room so warm we had to go get a room at motel. Contacted Jill about the a/c and she thinks it was either a closed vent or she forgot to change a/c from fan to cool. We had two nights booked there but only tried to stay the one night talked with Jill and she did refund one of our nights. Thank you very much for understanding Jill.”

“I only stayed 1 night but ill be back”

“The gentleman checking us in and the one checking us out were both very friendly and welcoming, plus the one checking us in was very helpful telling us about the facility we didn’t need to ask any questions… property was very bright and clean and safe. Also appeared to have been updated in the last few years, no dingy poorly lit hallways, everything well maintained, room was very spacious and clean”

“Some remodeling Room was clean, ceiling Sheetrock tape separated”

“Staff had to be contacted via doorbell to come and assist - upon check-in, the attendant was at Wal Mart. Towels were dingy/not white, and bed sheets and pillowcases were the same. Neither staff person (one male and one female) ever smiled - hospitality seemed to be a nuisance. Quite disappointing, but in this day and age, hospitality employees are not taught the importance of customer service.”

“Jill’s property was peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay. We absolutely loved, Dexter, the donkey and Willow and Marley, the cats. We had a very nice stay. I would not recommend counting the futon as a sleeping option. The bed in the master room was very comfortable, as well as the bed upstairs. Jill was excellent with communication and everything was well written out for check in and check out.”

“I was assigned a very noisy room, I could hear the noise of the machine all the time”

“This was my 3rd time renting Cozy Corner. It has all you need for your stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great park, community pool and Pizza Hut! The host is friendly and quick to respond when needed.”

“Amazing! Super nice staff (Christie & Jeremi)! They were super sweet and helpful! Explained everything and then some. Could not believe there was a free buffet dinner as well as breakfast! Gained a new loyal guest!”

“good”

“I left my backpack in the lobby last Friday am, have emailed through Expedia a request to call me, or give me their number so that I can call direct, ask them to send it to me and pay them for their time and expenses. No one will contact, nor can I figure any way out to get their number. Important stuff to me is in it.”

“The place was very clean, nice quiet neighborhood and close to downtown which was very convenient. If ever back in the area would definitely book again.”
