“Staff was rude, all electronic breakfast items shut down for repair meaning no pancakes no yogurt”

“晚上噪音大，空调噪音大，睡的不舒服，厕所马桶陈旧，排水有问题，建议翻修，软设施没感觉出来。服务还好。”

“Nice hotel stop for our roadtrip. No issues. Breakfast was satisfactory. Comfy beds. Some pillows were flat but there's one very comfortable one. What I needed. 😊 Friendly staff.”

“Super friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms!”

“It was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was really tiny making using the toilet a little difficult. Good restaurant with friendly staff. Parking was limited so I got permission to park in a reserved space, although I was nervous they would tow the car away.”

“horrible”

“A slightly concerning number of dead bugs”

“The ladies at the front desk really made all the difference to me. I wish I could remember both of their names. One's name, I think, was Gabby. They could not have been more courteous, welcoming and helpful. Always a smile and eager to help. They get the five stars. About everything else: I do wish the shower had more pressure, and the cooling unit vibrated to the extent that I put my suitcase on top of it to stop the vibration noise. We were unable to raise the shades, but this was hardly worth……

“一般般”

“The staff was quite accommodating as we arrived late at night. They were helpful and made sure we had what we needed for our short rest in Jefferson City.”

“The property was well maintained. Very helpful when asking questions.”

“Clean room”

“This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds were dirty. The comforter had cigarette burns in them. The mattress covers had stains on them. The sheets were stained. One of the mattresses appeared to be inhabited by bed bugs. The wall appeared to have pictures forcibly removed which left white marks above the bed. The toilet and tub had cigarette burns. The toilet was not properly mounted, it moved visibly when sat upon. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF POSSIBLE. I was offered a different room……

“Rooms were dirty (the walls and doors specifically were disgusting).”

“I thought it was a very nice stay but a little pricey for the amenities offered. Walls were very thin could hear coughing in the room next to me. All in all I would stay there again.”
