"There is not a hot tub or pool, and its very run down, barely clean in visible areas, and had a roach in our room "

"Everything was good except breakfast was MIA on the second night of our stay. One apple and there were two of us staying. No other fruit. No yogurt in the fridge, no eggs or sausage. Just cold cereal and milk and gravy. We got to breakfast 15 minutes prior to breakfast end so plenty of time where more eggs and sausage should have been prepared and offered. No one was in site to speak to about it. Very disappointing!"

"There was no hot water for a shower, the heat had a smell to it that made my son nauseous, and the room lacked basic hotel ammenities, such as a mini fridge and microwave. My son and I both became ill after eating in the restaurant and had to return home before doing anything we had gone there to do, and we had to cancel our next destination as well. The food tasted good, and was not overly cooked. However, it had a lot of strong seasoning that made me wonder if it may have been MSG or another type of food borne illness. My son and I ate different things, but the seasoning may When I mentioned to the front desk that my son and I both became ill after eating in the hotel restaurant, the employee did not seem at all empathetic. It was very disappointing to have to end our trip early before enjoying the reasons we were there to begin with."

"I only stayed overnight, so I didn't require any cooking equipment, but if I had, there would have been a deposit required for the equipment. The room was very clean, in very good shape with a comfortable bed. Shower was hot with a strong spray head, no shampoo, but I had my own. I would stay, again."

"I can’t say enough about the people who work at this hotel. I accidentally booked two rooms for 1 night instead of 1 room for two nights. Expedia didn’t want to help me but after calling the hotel they let me know how to get around this and worked to make sure I got things corrected without having to pay for the extra room as Expedia said I would have to.
