“Hotel is not what they said , reviews said good but reality is really bad , you won’t put your family here periods”

“After 4 night stay, we did not have breakfast because no waffles were not available, no milk for cereal or coffee, no cups to get a cup of coffee (cleaning lady got two from her room but no coffee available), cereal was gone from serving dish. We had two towels and one wash cloth for three adults. Requested extra and was promised them but did not get any. Our room was smoky. Was told would get air cleaner but we ended up buying our own to use.”

“Great experience”

“I liked the location of the property it was close to an event I was attending, it was clean and well kept. Dislikes, breakfast was late at least 25 minutes each of the 3 mornings I was there. There was no information packets or signage in the rooms about the morning breakfast, how to use the tv or anything indicating the pass code for the free wifi. I had warm water in the sink but no hot water in the shower.”

“There was nothing uniquely good about the property. We had a roach in our room and the sheets on one of the beds were soiled. The breakfast area was unkept and the chairs were soiled and looked dirty. We did not fell comfortable sitting down on them. We also did not eat any of the breakfast because the area looked unclean.”
