I would not say that was the most welcoming customer service I've received.No AC. Take this under consideration if visiting during the summer. Guests weren’t thrilled. "Perfect stay for a family ski trip to Northstar. Quite a lot of space and very comfortable. The Northstar shuttle was super convenient, fast, and we used it every day. Large kitchen with everything you need and we cooked several meals and ate out several nights. Large backyard for playing in the snow and large outside deck. "
