“The front desk told me when I called to say we’d be arriving late that they wouldn’t hold my room even though they had already charged it to my cc, finally said they’d hold it another hour (our flight was delayed) Then we got there oldest lobby (I know it’s motel 6) but it reeked of cigarettes everywhere especially our room which I was told was non smoking. Then somewhere in the early morning another random charge which I asked about and he said oh it’s expedia; but the charge came from motel 6……

“The worst experience ever!!!! Will never stay here again. In fact we had to check out of the room early and lose our money because we can’t even sleep at all. There’s some kind of violence going on next door and the people were screaming and yelling and slamming door until 5:30am. You can hear the phone ring in the next room and the whole conversation. When we opened the patio door and there are homeless people walking around. It’s kind of scary to stay there. Stay away.”
