“Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards.
On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves.
The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let.

“The property was alright itself.
host needs to set correct checkin times. when I booked it said 11am but when we arrived host said 3pm. He did let us in, but the initial back and fkward was not something I really needed: especially after a long trip.
When it comes to communication I was lacking. I didn't have any check in information sent before arrivak, and when I tried sending him a message through hotels.com I still haven't had a reply till date. Checkout information was also missing so had……
