“Have stayed here before. It is a great place to stay when working in Stoke. Great communication and easy self check in.”

“Good & clean”

“Hotel is a bit dated but all clean which is the main thing. Quick one night stay. Arrived late and checked out early due to our plans so can’t comment on much tbh. Hotel was quiet so got a decent nights sleep”

“Room was as expected for a hokiday inn express. Though doors could have a "soft close" element to them, so that early risers do not disrurb others unintentionally. Check in was fine, staff member could have been more attentitive - but heyho! The other recorion person (male) was full of beans and realky set a great welcome for the cistomer next ro me.... Bar staff good and efficient in service.”

“Udmærket hotel til en overkommelig pris. Rengøringsstandarden var OK, omend der ikke blev ordnet senge/badeværelse hver dag. Ønskede man nye håndklæder kunne de fås i receptionen. Hotellet er et typisk "håndværkerhotel" hvor håndværkere overnatter. Rimelige priser i baren på hotellet.”

This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let. The sofa in……

“Nice place to stay and parking is available in the property for a fee, the breakfast is good.”

“Very close to the train station”

“First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.”

“Great to stay on site during scarefest especially with very wet windy weather. Lovely breakfast following day”

“Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen.”
