“The apartment was lovely, despite a few minor details. I would highly recommend it as a holiday venue, as it is right on the beach, and easily reachable by road from anywhere in the city. The amenities in the apartment are very good, clean, and well-maintained for a self-catering stay. The reception ladies were very warm and welcoming; it was like coming home. They reacted immediately to any concern or request; their professionalism is of the highest level. The view of the harbour and passing……

“This was a fantastic find. So happy we decided to stay here. Excellent accommodation and wonderful host. Could not ask for better. Highly recommend if you are in the area. ”

“A nice enough hotel with efficient check in and safe parking. We had a blocked drain which was dealt with immediately and without fuss. Service in the bar was very slow and staff there didn't seem very interested. The pool could maybe do with a little clean.”

“We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this property. It's a very convenient location and while located right above a garage and mall you don't feel the hustle and bustle of that. The pictures of the interior do not do it justice. It's very modern and comfortable. The view was incredible and I loved hearing the waves crash through out the day it made for an enjoyable environment. Lots of great restaurants right downstairs. The security made us feel secure, not only into the residential units……

“The apartment was not clean at all. 136 self catering. Had to put my all my food in the fridge because of the cockroaches that were all over the apartment. The towels looked like they were from white to cream white. My main bedroom shower water had no pressure at all, had to shower for over 45 minutes in order to feel clean. Had to complain to be changed ”

“I was a single traveller and was placed into a family room with 2 bedrooms which I didn't need. I had booked through Expedia but didn't realise there was another 3rd party that was involved. After getting through the initial booking mix up the room they assigned me wasnt ready at 2pm and reception, who weren't aware of room availability said after I had ventured down to my room 700 meters away that I would need to wait for it to be available. I asked if I could get a voucher for a drink or……

“Extremely friendly owners, gave us ideas of what to do and we joined him for a short period walking the dogs across the Sandbar. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts were welcoming, the room was well appointed, and the balcony overlooking the water was a bonus. Our hosts were exceptionally accommodating and helpful, they made our stay special. We hope to be able to return one day.”

“Services and amenities were not up to standard. ”
