“The unit had a slight odor that made it hard to sleep well.”

“There was an amazing amount of beverages and snack items available near the front desk. Anything from cold sodas and water to wine and beer could be purchased. The breakfast was fine. There were pancakes, toast, bagels, and premade omelets and bacon. Not a lot of choices but enough to start your day. I’d stay here again because of close proximity to Norfolk airport.”

“Close to the ocean that’s a good thing about this hotel. But the room was so dirty. They didn’t even Change the sheets and I found a dirty face cloth on top of the shower curtain just gross.”

“Nice property very, nice property, you can see that they are making some adjustments in the rooms. I frequent this place on a regular basis, while visiting family. There were a few things that needed some attention, one on them is pool area could have been cleaner, Water was awfully dirty. Floor very wet with hair and debris from people using the pool, there was a lot of stocked towels to use, bathroom's could use a touch up every now and then. Area wasn't cleaned the entire time of my stay.……

“They need to work on the parking. When returning from an event, I had to wait close to an hour for the valet to get to me because he was the only one on shift and had to move several cars to get our car in. His name is Alex so I end up getting in my room late from the event, but everything else worked out well.”

The service was phenomenal and we absolutely loved how you continued to communicate with us to make sure our vacation was going smoothly.
