“It was a great stay in a safe building. Everything was close to us. We loved the balcony and enjoyed seeing the city at night. The apartment was exactly as advertised with great hot water. The air also worked great especially since its summer in the south. We only stayed one night but would recommend for anyone traveling into the city.”

“This was a great unit for the price point. It was clean, comfortable, perfect location that was walking distance from a lot of great restaurants. The building is safe and secure and there is paid parking at a lot right next door. The apartment had all the basic amenities, plenty of towels and even some nice little extra touches like coffee pods, and some bathroom toiletries.”

“Desiree was a great host”

“The photos were exactly what the property looked like but don’t plan on cooking anything. The ONE pot that was there was disgusting with rust or something. The water jug was completely empty and the refrigerator wouldn’t keep a bottle of water cold. All the screens had huge holes in them but luckily the windows were closed and locked. The portable ac tube (approx 5inches) hose was through a window in the bedroom would not close enough around it and all that ‘cold’ air would go right out. It was……

“This location was perfect for our trip, we were walking daily to the GWCC and it is a very doable 15 minutes. We loved how the neighborhood was quiet and calm - it was really nice after being in the congested downtown part of Atlanta for the day. Best perk was the street parking. ”

“We booked here in part for the free parking space. We walked to the Aquarium from here. It was a nice walk, but be aware that Atlanta is not located in a flat area. We had more than enough room for the two of us. We would stay here again. ”

“The 24/7 concierge team was very friendly and informative. The security was very comforting and top notch. The apartments are older but maintained well. The laundry in the basement was very convenient. ”

"First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that the room was not cleaned. Last, I don’t think the staffs in this hotel treat all the guests equally. I’m not comfortable with it. "
