"Good"

"The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The entire place was super clean and smelled fantastic! Our room was wonderful! Clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a huge accommodating bathroom. I have health issues, and do not utilize elevators, and the front desk was fantastic and got us right into a downstairs room! The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious, and the all night coffee/tea bar was a great addition. The kids loved the pool, and it was always kept clean and well maintained. We will absolutely be back!"

"Two nights on solo work trip - Filthy bathroom, dusty everywhere in sleeping area, toilet was dirty all around outside of it, fingernail clippings and crud in bathroom floor corners. Super ick. Front desk staff was very friendly and nice when I checked in upon my late arrival, I went straight to sleep and covered the floor with my bathroom towels so I didn’t have to walk on it. And next morning when housekeeping was in the room next-door cleaning I asked them to please clean my bathroom and I asked very nicely. I got an eye roll and wasn’t sure what to expect when I came back to the room tonight after working another 14 hour shift, I’m not completely surprised that nothing was cleaned except fresh towels were replaced in the bathroom. I will not return and I do not recommend. I’d rather reviews before I booked the hotel and many of the comments very explicitly said the hotel and the rooms were clean. I can’t believe it because now that I look at the details throughout the hotel floors and hallways in the elevators and so forth, it’s all grimy dirty."

"Lots of things wrong with my room. Lamp shade falling off; lightbulb didn't work; shower handle fell to the floor when i tried to turn it on; the iron blasted calcium on my clothes; the fridge wouldn't get colder than 60°F so my take-out food got spoiled. Nice amenities. Korean Tacos were fantastic. The elevators were quick. Parking cost an additional $20/day. The staff were there. Working. Didn't want to be bothered. The only staff member there who I saw smile the entire 4½ days I was there was the daytime manager. He was engaging and helpful. Most everyone else just did the bare minimum and refused to smile to anyone, really. I got a good rate. Not sure if I'd stay there again."

"Breakfast was ok"

"The lobby is nicely presented. It gives a high-end vibe. However, the hotel rooms are 80-90s basic rooms but spacious and newly renovated. The beds are comfortable. The towels smell clean and plenty of them. Personal hygiene items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion) are available via wall dispensers. The room amenities are a microwaves, refrigerators, a shabby ironing board, and an iron. Parking is $29 per night which is steal for the Atlanta area. Currently, road construction is happening close by. Guests can miss the entrance. Also, there is a Hampton Inn motel style nearby that create confusion, beware. A restaurant is downstairs and a Louisiana Bistreaux is next door where I can say the food is delicious. A fitness gym is nearby as well. The location is perfectly seated for shopping, entertainment, and casual/fine dining. I have stayed twice. I am willing to book again."
