The unit was tidy but the floors were not mopped, we had black residue on our socks and feet. “Property owners were very hand off, dismissive, and non apologetic with issues. Havjng us refer to onsite managers for suppoer. Owners had our key time out one day early, leaving us unable to get into the room. Were slow to respond, and did not try and problem solve.”

“From people walking around on the floor above, dropping things, talking loudly and sliding doors, it is quite loud until late at night and starting again very early in the morning (3 am). It is unfortunate as it a nice, well appointed and spotless place in a lovely neighbourhood with friendly hosts.”

“The house was fine. My disappointment was in the kitchen. Only 3 dinner forks, 4 knives, no water glasses, and only 1 pot. The picture showed a backyard deck with patio furniture but no chairs or table, etc outside. The dining room included 3 broken chairs in the corner. No face clothes in the washrooms but thankfully they did provide towels. I complained to the host and he asked how many people I had. I believe it would be bare minimum to expect dishes for 8 people. My reservation was for 4……

“Suki the owner was amazing. Her place was adorable and there was every attention to detail possible. It was nice and clean and I felt very safe in this area and at her place. My little doggie loved it and the treats she left for him was a nice added touch. I wish are stay would have been longer and I would love to stay at Suki's place again”
