“Pool and jacuzzi area was not monitored. They left pool vacuum in pool all morning no one came to get it. A guest had to remove it. Wristbands were required my wife and I were the only ones with wristbands out of 12 people in the pool area. No children rule after curtain hours is not enforced. If they have a time for staff ( Cleaning Ladies) it should be posted. Again no wristbands.
Needed a room for an extra day was lucky and pleasantly taken care but we were quoted $220 and were charged……
