"This hotel is conveniently located on the Riverwalk, which makes it accessible to so much. Our room was a little on the small side and the air-conditioning did not work. The staff was friendly and it’s a great location to catch an Uber."

"I would say if you're looking for a place to lay your head and sleep at a good deal then this is your place. The room is really small and there isn't a lot of room but I didn't mind. The only complaint my wife had was the small bathroom and that there wasn't any wash cloths. I think the staff was great and I recommend staying here."

"I travel to Chicago frequently, but I usually stay outside of the downtown area. I made an exception for this hotel as it was convenient to my event at the United Center. I was really impressed! The location was awesome, the entrance felt secluded, safe and not crowded yet walkable to dozens of restaurants, Ulta, Whole Foods and public transport. If you you’re like me and typically enjoy a free breakfast at hotels, I didn’t want to pay for the one they offered even though it looked great. I found that the attached restaurants’ $5 fresh bagel and a little fruit from Whole Foods to be perfect for me. Overall I was very happy with the quality of my room, (the beds were incredibly comfortable!) and the interactions I had with staff to check in, arrange a luggage hold and a late check out. Highly recommend this hotel for the area for sure and I will likely be back!"
