“Beautiful peaceful cabin with the tuckaseegee river right off the porch. Fell asleep to the sound of the river and one night some rain on the tin roof. Everything you need for a relaxing stay.I have mobility limitations and was happy that everything was doeable for me. Hand rail on the 4steps, picnic table on porch and 2 rocking chairs. “Everything about this cottage was absolutely a dream come true! Immaculately clean. Great bedding and pillows! Well-appointed in every way! It was the perfect hideaway for being snowed-in with a great view of the mountains. The hosts were very responsive, communicative and friendly! The fire-pit was stocked with tons of firewood, kindling, and a little lean-to to stay dry from the snow. It is a hidden gem and we will be back!”
