“Approach road needs repairs”

“This is NOT in Munnar town centre. The map is WRONG. It is actually 12km (35 mins) south of Munnar. Place is peaceful. It is 20 minutes walk from the nearest place to eat. It was freezing cold at night... as in wearing 5 layers of clothing cold. The smallest cabin would be v tight for 2 people. The walk up to the cabin from the carpark is crazy steep. Might be challenging for people with mobility issues”

“The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The garden part of the hotel was only for three cottages, the rest concrete. Very expensive compared to other places……

“I had an amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect peaceful yet easily accessible. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was comfortable for us. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall vibe was very relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely……

“Very helpful and friendly staff, great nature friendly property and good food. The bird-watching nature walk by Bibin was a highlight.”

“Great Experience”

“The property is really good. The view was really mesmerizing with a background of long trees and the foggy tea estate after rainfall. Breakfast was Very Good. Staff is also very much responsive.”

“Exceptional resort wonderful food cooked to perfection excellent staff we were very impressed especially one young man called jerry nothing too much trouble best stay in india”

“The views were spectacular, the food was amazing, the people were incredibly friendly and helpful.”

“Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.”
