“I appreciated the staff and how helpful and kind they were. It was frustrating to have the fire alarm go off at 6:30 am and wake the entire hotel up. There was no explanation for this until we asked at the desk (wiring issue).
The breakfast was very good and the single employee working did an amazing job at servicing the hotel guests. He worked so hard to accommodate everyone since he had so many people come to eat early due to the fire alarm going off.
The bed was comfortable and the room……

“I am so disappointed that I booked through hotels.com and have prepaid the accommodation fees. But the hotel has twice charged me the accommodation fees on my credit card for second time and did not solve the problem. They even provide me a billing details with the charge of credit card. I am confused. I do not believe this hotel and hotels.com. As they did not make me feel comfortable.Bad experience.”
