“Pros: Die Wohnung hatte eine Barrierefreie supertolle Dusche und war liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren seeeehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Cons: Wir empfanden die Stühle als unbequem, auch weil es außer dem Bett, keine weitere Sitzgelegenheiten gibt und der Tisch ist für 2 Leute etwas zu klein.”

“Tried to check in early and used help on chat line. Was rerouted several times and never got a straight answer from the remote help desks. We came in 3hrs before check in time. Nothing was resolved on our request for early checkin. I was given a number by help desk to call directly. Same result. Never got to actual reception for an answer.
2 hrs later, after a meal at a restaurant close to the train station we decided to just get to Belvilla. We arrived 30 minutes before check in time… no……

“It was close to the attractions we were visiting; Rulantica and Europa Park, parking was right outside off street which was good. Has the potential to be a great let but a few things.let it down for us. Cleanliness isnt the best. Under the beds and corners etc were thick of dust. The toilet flush was broken. Some lights didnt work as needed bulb replacing. The heat was intolerable without air con. 2 fans helped but especially for children on the top bunk sleeping was difficult. The shutters……

“We really enjoyed our stay.
The room was spotlessly clean.
The pool is amazing - clean and empty each time we visited.
The walk to the tram is just 10 minutes.
There is an excellent organic supermarket right next door.
The only slight downsides....
Reception is only open from 15.00-20.00. We did wonder what would have happened if we had an issue outside these hours.
There is a daily parking fee - not sure why this is as the car park was relatively empty and it is not city-centre located.
You……
