“Maybe it's b/c we went during the off-season (i.e. the hot season) but I can't say enough good things about this place. It's advertised as a condo (which it is) but feels like a hotel. (front desk people were nice.) A high end place in a high end town (Palm Beach) with a lot of old school charm for about $150 a night. Parking was convenient. 5 minute walk to Publix, which is an awesome supermarket but none near where we live. And close to the "must do" attractions like Peanut Island, the……

“This was our first time staying at Vistas del Mar in Deerfield Beach, and we absolutely loved it! The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming — which, honestly, is not very common in South Florida, so this was a refreshing surprise. I’ve been coming to Deerfield Beach for years, always staying near the north side of the pier because I love the beach there, but I had never been fully satisfied with the places I stayed — until now. “Overall we had a wondeful stay at Dover House, unfortunately the bedroom didnt have air conditioning like the rest of the apartment. It was great to have a fully self catering kitchen. Also very convenient that we could leave unclean linen and towels oitside the door which were picked up and replaced with clean laundry very quickly. The office was extremely helpful for anything we needed. Also being so close to the beach was an extra perk! Thank you! ”

“Had a wonderful time at this property with my kids and grandchildren. My grandson loved the pool and the snorkeling was pretty cool too. At night we got to witness sea turtles nesting on our beach, it was very exciting. Lots of amenities at the resort to take advantage of. Would definitely book again!!!!”

“The property is in an amazing location across the street from the beach and also walking distance to all the shopping/restaurants on Atlantic Ave. It is impeccably maintained and very clean. There is phone number you can text for anything you need (extra towels, etc) and the staff is very responsive. The AC is amazingly cold and effective (necessary in FL in July). The bed is a little hard, but overall I thought it was an excellent place for the price and would stay there again.”

“Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was great-close to shops, beach and restaurants. The building is quiet and other guests were all kind and respectful. Easy access to all floors by elevator or stairs.The pool was amazing!
