“Newly renovated home has all the bells and whistles you might need for a multi-day Stay near Charlotte's South end. We were going to a concert at Amos SouthEnd on November 1st and it was an extremely short walk from the rental. Plenty of parking. I would recommend parking vehicles in the back because we heard while we were here, a car was broken into next door. A car that was parked in the front. ”

“Great location for us to visit our adult child in the Dilworth, clean and comfortable. Host was clear with check in and check out. ”

“Great place! It was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. We went to the race track for the Christmas Lights and to the Panthers game on Sunday. Was a short trip to both from the house. Being able to keep our dog there with us was awesome, and there was a large field right across the street for us to walk him. Everything was clean and everything worked! 5 Stars!”

“Lance, was incredible. The home was cute, decorated nicely, came with everything you need. Nice backyard. Bring games, seasons, coffee, none there. Note passcode, I locked myself out. I would definitely stay at the yellow house again. Lance, the book of house rules was very helpful. ”

“A beautiful home for one. It is in a great location, right outside of the city. Very quite community. Anyone we encountered was very polite. You can adjust the thermostat!! May seem like small, but that was a big deal cause we get hot easily. Had plenty of towels and wash cloths for everyone use. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but we would have what we needed if we did. Bedrooms were comfortable, we all got great sleep. My only question, not really an issue, was the streaming on the TV. I……

“This place was the PERFECT location for us! Walking distance to the bars and the stadium. It may not look like much from the outside - but the inside was spotless!! The bunk beds could be replaced with something sturdier, but other than that, everything was great!! We would definitely stay here again”
