“The place was nice and clean. The only issue was that the sink in the bathroom was clogged and it was immediately repaired. The staff was helpful and prompt. We had an excellent stay. We will problem be back next year. Thank you very much.”

“This property is absolute garbage. The staff at the front desk were 0 help in any way. I called 7 times the night of our reservation to complain about the issues we found upon check in. Which had including bodily fluids, left around the room, holes in walls, water damage and mold. And that was just in one room. The staff at the front made sure to repeat over and over in old orchard You don't come for the room , you come for the location. To which we replied, ma'am , it's off season and the bare……

“The finding the lock box and not knowing my parking #8 space was mine would have helped and it was definitely difficult getting the lockbox open once I found it after trying all the ones on the deck but only one phone call did the trick”

“While the location and the apartment being pet friendly was a plus, everything else was, at best, a surprise. Our main issue with this location is that it is listed as a two bedroom, but it’s not disclosed that the second bedroom is only accessed through the first bedroom. Imagine a large primary bedroom with a giant walk-in closet, but that giant closet has now been converted into a second bedroom. Additionally, the bathroom downstairs was difficult to maneuver and the water pressure and……
