“How much you like this hotel definitely depends on what you are looking for at OOB. If you want a place to crash after partying, at a place that is close to the beach and bars, this is great. If you want quiet and sleep, go further down the beach. It was loud until 3am, with live music and people partying front and back. It's also right by the train tracks...so whistles and the room shaking every few hours. We were meeting friends, so we booked the "deluxe two room suite." It was much smaller……

“Loved everything about it Except the room wasn’t that clean. There was chips on the floor. And it looked like the sheets were not changed. There is hair and sand in the bed. The room was very damp other than that they have a great little courtyard that you can use a grill. They have a great pool and then it is 60 second walk to the beach so that is very highly convenient so love everything about it except for our room the best”

“Well maintained and cleaned, cleaning ladies on site were helpful! Close walk to the pier, and places to eat. We had some pretty loud upstairs neighbors at night. (College students) but overall our stay was very enjoyable and would recommend!”

“No office, they send a code to get into your room. Paper thin walls, hardly any privacy at all. $150 hotel fee and no staff or office. No pool, no ocean view. And we were messaged to "take our trash with us" when we left, which explains the absence of trash barrel (a small one in the bathroom, none in the kitchenette). It was convenient to all things OOB and a short walk to the beach. The guy that was the cleaner was very nice.”

“Great location right on the beach. Perfect for family trip close by to the Pier and all the restaurants and shops. Resort was great some rooms could use a bit of updating but ours was very good. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely return again.”
