“Beautiful spot”

“This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that has asked me to take out my own trash, yet they still provided an envelope for housekeeping tips. Parking was very tight. Beds were terrible. It was like an old spring mattress on a platform from Amazon. The bathroom was TINY. They only provide local network channels, no cable. The photos don’t show the quality of the motel at all. The only positive really was the proximity to the beach and pier.”

“The hotel was a biker hang out. It was across the street from the amusement park. There was no way we would have gotten any rest with loud noise from the park and people hanging outside the rooms. Plus I was uneasy with so many people outside the door. The rooms were on the street level so anyone could have pushed there way into our room. I chose not to stay there even though the room was paid for.”

“I liked the location. The room was a nice size as well. My big complaint is, we paid over $225 per night and they did NOT clean our room once. We stayed for 4 nights and asked each day for our room to be cleaned, but NOT ONCE.”

“Check-in was at four and then checkout was at 10… That’s a very difficult timeframe no time to enjoy the property. We paid extra to stay until 1130 and that was $25. Very nice property too bad it just wasn’t accessible for a longer stretch…it was nice, great location…they work hard.”

“I would have given this two stars if it wasn’t for the location. The front desk staff is nice. I booked an ocean “front” room which based off of the photos should have been what it says. Instead we had ocean “view” but were right up above the pool which could be noisy and not private. Our first day we asked for more towels and no one ever brought any. Left our maid service sign out both days, no one came to clean. Second day someone left some towels in the room but that’s it. Our deadbolt lock……

“the ceiling had a leak and instead of moving us they said we will get you more towels which meant 1 more towel. tried to turn the heat up and it was just blowing cold air. if you stay here do not expect anything nice.”
