“Security needed, drank customer gettin and knocking harder on the door in other customer room in the middle of 3:00Am. Each room are not equipped and not properly equipped electrical plug-ins outlets. Bathrooms, each showers head need changes because not clean some are rust and molded. Older Rooms need upgrade because the rates are so expensive. Customer service are not attentive plus error in issuing the receipts. Overall this soco inn needs upgrade in each room specially the door. The only……

The room was very damp other than that they have a great little courtyard that you can use a grill. They have a great pool and then it is 60 second walk to the beach so that is very highly convenient so love everything about it except for our room the best”

“No office, they send a code to get into your room. Paper thin walls, hardly any privacy at all. $150 hotel fee and no staff or office. No pool, no ocean view. And we were messaged to "take our trash with us" when we left, which explains the absence of trash barrel (a small one in the bathroom, none in the kitchenette). It was convenient to all things OOB and a short walk to the beach. The guy that was the cleaner was very nice.”

“Absolutely perfect for our short honeymoon! The room had everything we needed: a mini fridge, microwave, TV, AC, and a comfortable bed. The location is ideal—just cross the street for beach access, and from there, it’s less than a mile's walk along the shore to the Old Orchard Beach Pier. ​Our room was kept clean and tidy between days, and they even have grills available if you want to cook. Missy was awesome! We loved our stay in Room 11 and will definitely be back for our one-year anniversary.”
