“Beautiful spot”

“This was a perfect location right on the beach and close to dining options within walking distance. Room was clean I do wish they had coffee cups for the keurig that was in the room but I didn’t see any but they do offer coffee outside the office during office hours so that’s a plus. I would stay here again. Room was clean and shower worked well the overall place did have a old musty smell but it’s on a beach so I expect it”

“The staff were polite, the establishment clean. However, we called the helpline twice and no one answered. Apart from that, perfect ! ”

“J'aurais aimé mettre 0 Étoile mais il n'avait pas l'option. C'est le pire expérience client que j'ai eu de tout ma vie. À notre arrivé les lits étaient brisés. Il avait une forte odeur de peinture à l'huile frais fait. Les fenêtres n'ouvraient pas. Ils n’ont rien fait pour nous aider. Nous avons dû loué à un autre hôtel et ils n'ont jamais voulu nous remboursé. la piscine et l'endroit pour le dejeuné et dans un autre endroit quand meme loin du batiment principal.”

“Chambre propre, mais salle de bain trop petite avec aucune tablette et crochet pour déposer affaires. Air climatisé très bruyante positionnée trop près du lit. Matelas trop mou. Motel nécessitant rénovation, surtout galerie 2e étage.”

“I liked the location. The room was a nice size as well. My big complaint is, we paid over $225 per night and they did NOT clean our room once. We stayed for 4 nights and asked each day for our room to be cleaned, but NOT ONCE.”

“Check-in was at four and then checkout was at 10… That’s a very difficult timeframe no time to enjoy the property. We paid extra to stay until 1130 and that was $25. Very nice property too bad it just wasn’t accessible for a longer stretch…it was nice, great location…they work hard.”

“I would have given this two stars if it wasn’t for the location. The front desk staff is nice. I booked an ocean “front” room which based off of the photos should have been what it says. Instead we had ocean “view” but were right up above the pool which could be noisy and not private. Our first day we asked for more towels and no one ever brought any. Left our maid service sign out both days, no one came to clean. Second day someone left some towels in the room but that’s it. Our deadbolt lock……

“the ceiling had a leak and instead of moving us they said we will get you more towels which meant 1 more towel. tried to turn the heat up and it was just blowing cold air. if you stay here do not expect anything nice.”
