The location is quiet and offers excellent access to both Fanning and Manatee Springs or enjoyable paddling right off the dock. ……

The home is extremely comfortable, convenient to Hwy 19, location was perfect. I usually stay in Gainesville when traveling to this area to stay in a hotel, and I’m so glad this popped up on Expedia & I found Tranquil Oaks. I’ll be back when in area.
