“ReviewMy husband and I recently stayed in this accommodation for one week with our adult children and grandchildren (9 adults and 5 children).While the location and size of the property were great, the property has been neglected and was very disappointing.Upon arrival at the 4 pm checkin time, it did not appear that the cleaning tasks had been fully completed as the floors and bathrooms were not fully clean. This was dealt with promptly by the property manager and a cleaning crew was sent out……

“My family and I (6 people in total), were very comfortable here. Great location: 4 minute drive to the beach, less than 10 minutes to Blue Mountains Village and the Scenic Caves. Grand kids had fun in the property pool. Would definitely book this property again.”

“It was a girls get together.6 of us. We enjoyed the spacious home, bedrooms were good and comfortable. We each had our own room.The host was easy to communicate with.Location was great, close to spa and shopping at the Village.I would stay here again...quiet and private and secure.A comfortable place to relax. !”

“Host was very responsive, and the space was much better in person, and very clean. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. It’s been a rough winter so there was some ice build up on the stairs leading down to the hot tub, so it would have been nice to have that checked before arriving. Also there was no tinfoil, clear wrap or wax paper type things so we had to get creative with cooking and keeping leftovers. But overall the experience was wonderful and the chalet was exactly what we needed.……
