“The staff were friendly checking in but the room was pretty bad. There was a brown substance on the open roll of toilet paper (Im not kidding) The bathroom faucet was extremely loose, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The TV was way out of adjustment because it cut the top of everyone's head. And the guy next to us kept yelling at his dog all night waking my wife up more than once. I do not recommend this place”

“The actual room could have been worth the very inexpensive price but the door would not lock from the outside, dry blood on the blankets, the tub was too dirty to use and they forgot to put toilet paper in the room. I did not receive an apology either time I went to the desk. I was told I will be called. I've stayed here in the past and the grounds were much cleaner. It looks almost closed down with the clutter and trash cans laying down, the curtains do not shut all the way and there's a mirror……

“Sue at the desk is so nice. The other pet owners there were very friendly. The beds were comfy, the fridge and the ice machine worked, hot coffee in the morning. Convenient affordable and you get what they say. ”

“Initially waited at front desk 25 minutes until someone arrived to check me in. Room was dirty, linens had a layer of dust on them and many were frayed. Floor had so much dust on it you left foot prints. Either the room lay dormant for a while and it wasn't refreshed or the cleaning staff should be fired. There are NO ice machines in the entire building. Breakfast was meager and limited with the only options waffles, toast packaged hard boiled eggs, 2 sugar coated cereals and instant……
