“Checked in at 11PM no one at the desk, door locked. Buzzed for 5 minutes no answer. Car pulled up later with person who could get keys. No services what do ever.”

“The property was impeccable! Every detail was thought of. There was free water bottles every day, an excellent breakfast served daily and 2 wonderful restaurants to chooses from! We would definitely return again!!”

The cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable, and the customer service was even worse.The Room was Disgusting: The bathroom sink was heavily stained, and the floor towel provided to us had a visible brown stain on it.Filthy Appliances: Both the microwave and the refrigerator were super terrible. “For $70 a night is not bad we had a place to bathe and sleep in but the walls were all cracked and there was a door that lead to i have no clue where, i also felt like i was being watched and the light switches did not work u had to manually turn the lamps on and off. No hot water in out bathroom. Bed was comfortable but had stains on the sheets and on the mattress… night staff was alright. Morning staff were really nice and really helpful. There was a second story but it was not done, no……
