“They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. ”

“This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. If I have another chance to go to Orlando, I will also choose this resort, and I will let my friends choose!”

“Everything is great the only issue was we book the rooms and we had to give a deposit and gave us a receipt saying all we owe was 550 and when we get the they charge us 800 they over charge us the hotel was 1,025 and we gave 510 for deposit beside the parking we knew we had to pay they over charged use like 2 hundred dollars other wise the place was great me grandkids had a amazing time .”

“We booked here because it was close to universal studios. But only one elevator worked and the staff was short handed at night, so buying anything from the little snack area took almost 40 minutes in a line. I also purchase items from the gift shop in the lobby and was charged for items I did not receive. When asked for an itemized receipt, the clerk began to act like she did not speak English. The hall ways are not air conditioned and they smell stale. The room was clean and housekeeping came……
