“Very nice staff”

“Our party of 2 thoroughly enjoyed the well-kept accommodations and premises of the Elkai Suite. The rooms and bathroom were spotless and the attention to detail was impressive. The campfire area with Adirondack chairs were a nice plus while we enjoyed some cozy campfire evenings. There was reportedly automatic exterior lighting before sunset, but for the first evening it didn't work. However, that was efficiently addressed by our host after our first day. Those lights nicely added a calming……

“Great stay, perfect to explore mount rainier and surroundings. The VRBO was great, super clean with all the amenities described in the listing. Communication with the host was great and the hot tub was perfect after a long day exploring. Super quiet and comfortable.”

“Really great location for hiking the mountain. We saw an elk right off the patio! One item to note, the coffee maker is a kureg. So if you drink decaf you’ll need to bring your own pods. The hot tub worked great and the washer and dryer were a nice touch.”

“The camping area was very clean and open. Could accomodate several different camping configurations. I especially enjoyed the covered picnic table area. Very cozy with the lighting and wood structure. A nice place to relax after a day of exploring. ”

“This is one of the better places to stay in Packwood. Watch the summit of Mt Rainier glow at sunrise. Private, quiet, very (VERY) clean. All you need is there if you want to cook your meals. Friendly hosts.”
