“THIS NOT AN ENTIRE APT/Unit. - only a room on a floor with 1-2 other rooms. Bathroom is separate and you need a code to get into your room and restroom. Stayed Fri-Sun. Place was, Okay, but not much privacy, walls are thin, and while quiet hours aren’t strictly enforced, which was fine with us, it’s just not very comfortable or worth it. Very much a dorm-Room feel. Oh and tenant was nice to let us “late check out”. Check out is 10am. Oh and No sitting area or small table to sit/eat in the room.……

“Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! ”
