Stay warm, comfortable, and cozy in this hospitable rental property no matter what time of the year. Tour the area and discover National Forest access within walking distance, less than 2.5 mile drive to shopping, 6 mile drive to downtown Pagosa and world-class hot springs, and Wolf Creek Ski area is just 30 miles away. Access to PLPOA rec center is available for a small fee to access a pool, racketball, tennis, and fitness area.
Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living space. This home is a great setup for multiple families to vacation together. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, curling up by the wood-burning stove with a good book, or streaming your favorite movies on the large TV. Looking for another way to unwind? Try a soothing soak in the new hot tub. Create culinary charms in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with upgraded appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will get a restful night's sleep from the day's activities. A dedicated workspace is available with a desk and chair for remote workers. The main bedroom is exquisite and spacious, outfitted with a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and oversized walk-in shower.

This home is pet friendly, there is a $75.00 pet fee per dog and a refundable $100 00 pet deposit per dog with a 2 dog maximum.
Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
