“I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :(”

“We loved the dome. We weren’t in front of the river, which was a bummer and it gets pretty hot during the day. If it is hot outside it takes a while to cool the dome.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The area is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the cabin was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a couple. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the hot tub because we spent our time relaxing at the Pagosa hot springs resort instead. We only saw the staff once when we arrived, but we were busy exploring the area and didn’t need anything during our stay. We noticed that some of the other cabins accommodated guests with large dogs,……

“This place was immaculate! The facility itself is very well maintained with super clean rooms and the beds were so comfortable. This place is right next to the river! You’ll all the love the wildlife you’ll encounter. Thank you for the wonderful stay!”

“Staff was excellent and very friendly and personable. Building needs upkeep. An ac unit for the building would be nice. It has an indoor pool and hot and without a working hvac system the entire building felt like a sauna.”

“The bathroom was super small, shower was updated but no room for the toilet and the power went out a few times.”

“It's an old building on it's last leg and not maintained very well, BUT, the rooms they do have available are large, very spacious and clean with excellent views of the lake. Also, lots of pressure in the shower with HOT water. Unlike Silverton's overpriced shacks.”
