“Great place for the price. immediate area around the house is on an alley but we were not there for a backyard environment. The hot spring resorts are walking distance and skiing is a 1/2 hour drive away. Lots of hiking close by also. Several bars and restaurants can be walked to in 5 minutes or less. The unit was very clean, good kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer was great.”

“Overall nice place. Was nice to have a hot tub at the end of a long day of skiing. Great location close to downtown - grocery store, ho springs, other shopping. Some things to know - this place only has one bathroom, which we knew before renting but others may not know. Also the wood floors for the stairs and second floor are creaky/noisy. These are not major issues, just something to be aware of. Overall we enjoyed the place.”

“Very welcoming and cozy condo. The host having cleaning supplies, a lot of great dishware and toiletries really available was a very pleasant surprise. So if you forgot something at home you had it available. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions as well. “The house is well-appointed and a great accommodation for 9 or 10 people. The kitchen is well supplied and the living space has a wall of windows which make use of the sunshine to light the living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is about a 7-8 minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs, but only 4 minutes or so to grocery shopping and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive to issues we had.”
