“The stay was good the thing I didn't like was I booked the trip through Expedia then when I got there they said I had to pay like $80 to get my room code. They didn't have front desk either you have to text the person. Always expect to pay more at this property if you book through Expedia.”

“Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again.”
